Rugs, Plugs and Drugs!
“Rugs, plugs and drugs!” has been the long-running joke. And, because of misinformation, bad marketing and obvious poor results, they have given many the wrong impression.
The Options
Hairpieces (hair systems, wigs, toupees, weaves, extensions) need constant maintenance and replacement and, not to mention, can be a source of embarrassment. Also, FDA-approved drugs such as Rogaine™ (minoxidil) and Propecia™ (finasteride) have been known to have side effects and hair transplantation is not appealing to those who fear surgery.
In all fairness, each of these methods can provide great results. |

Now, Here’s ‘The Scoop!’
Hair Transplant Surgery
The skilled surgeon can recreate what mother-nature has taken away by re-distributing hair.
Hairpieces
The dedicated and artistic hairpiece technician can create a near-perfect reproduction of growing hair. I designed and wore hairpieces—just like what is shown on TV and in the movies. However, given a choice, most of us want the real thing.
Scalp Therapy
As most hair loss is genetically predetermined like the color of your eyes or your height, many men and women have been able to ‘turn back the clock’ that is pre-set to result in hair loss by following of FDA-approved treatment options.
