I am currently wearing a system, I have been told it can damage your hair underneath causing further loss. Also, if you wear a system after a transplant, even a clip system, it will stop hair regrowth. What is your
opinion on this?

Having worn a hair system myself for 15 years and then having been through hair transplantation to achieve the result you can see here, I can assure you that a properly designed hair system with a approved method of attachment will cause no harm to a hair transplant result.
